Error Message In W2k Server

i am keep getting this error messages lately in the win2k
server.

tcpsvcs.exe - Application Error "the instruction at
0X00000103 referenced memory at 0X00000103, the memory
could not be read "

I have also gor error while working in IE but pointing at
different memory location...

Can anyone tell me if this is a memory related or
application related please???/

It's application related.

Most likely there's a bug in the app that's throwing this error. (It could
also be a bug in an add-on or hook, but the most likely cause is a problem
with the app itself.)
