Error message in Outlook 2003

When attempting to search for a message using the Find
tool in Outlook 2003, I receive the following message: The
Interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem
persists, restart Outlook.

I have run the Scanpst.exe file and still have the same
problem.

Any ideas?

Hi Sandi,

I have seen this error in Outlook 2000. I know about 2 Knowledge base
article which address this issue. Have a look and let me know if it helps.
