Error message in internet browser.

Every time I go onto firefox, it gives me the following error message.
Sometimes about 20 times in a row. "The application or DLL
C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Common\SwSupport.dll is not a valid Windows
image. Please check this against your installation diskette." It really
bothers me. I searched the forum and couldn't find another person with this
problem. Thanks for your help.

Hi,

Sounds like a bad plug-in. Are you able to open FF if you acknowledge the
error? If so, click tools/options, and under downloads you may need to
remove the associated media format.

That's a Macromedia file.
Do you have the Flash player installed? Try reinstalling it.

Beyond that, since your question doesn't involve Windows, IE, or any other
MS product, not sure how to help...

It didn't work. Is there any way I can save my bookmarks and then totally
wipe out Firefox and reinstall? Sorry about the lack of Microsoft relevence.
I didn't know where else to turn. Thanks a lot.

Hi,

Open FF, click bookmarks/manage bookmarks, then file/export.
