Error message help

Does anyone know whats this error message means? i get it
every time i try to explore my computer. i also cant get
into contolr panel or my computer. any ideas or hlep is
greatly appeciated

hello justin,

The easiest solution for those of you that are not very
computer savy is as follows. Click on Start. Go and click
on Shutdown. Click on Re-Start in MS-Dos Mode. Once in Dos
go to C:\program Files\FTAPP. Delete the FTAPP.DLL and
FTAP.MON files in the directory. Type Exit and re-start
Windows. You should now be able to use Internet Explorer
etc.
