Error message from Repair Reinstall

Last night I did a "Repair Reinstall" of WinXP Home
Edition. Everything seemd to go fine. After re-start
and while booting-up I received an message with a red X.
The message title was: point 32.exe - ordinal not found

The message was: the ordinal 6 could not be located in
the dynamic link library. mslng32.dll

Anybody know what this is and what to do about it?
