Error message for outlook2003

Last time I upgrade my office from XP to 2003. This is my error message, what
shall I do?

Task '221.128.79.237 - Receiving' reported error (0x8004210A) : 'The
operation timed out waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server.
If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider (ISP).'

I had the same. I'm running Norton AV 2005. Switched email scanning to "off",
disabled Norton, rebooted PC, ran up Outlook and it connected succesfully to
my ISP POP3 server. Re-enabled Norton (except email scanning) and has been
fine since.
