error message exiting outlook 2003

On exiting Outlook 2003, I get a message that says "The instruction at
0x7c910f2b referenced memory at 0x0bcd5c4c. The memory could not be read"

Any ideas?

Does this also happen when you disable your add-ins? What is logged to the
Event Viewer regarding this?
