Error Message: Driver of ConfigDSN ConfigDriver ConfigTranslator Failure

When I sync .mdb from PC to PDA .cdb, file can be transformed and
transferred successfully.
However, long-term Sync Relationship cannot be built (even though i have set
this option in Activesync) because below error occur just after 1st sync:

"Driver of ConfigDSN ConfigDriver ConfigTranslator Failure. ......"

Oh! I want to cry! How to solve it??
(Some body said it may be because there are over one version of JET engine
in my PC. I don't know. Relevant??)

Remarks:
1. I have built primary key for Each table already
2. Surely I have not opened database file during sync
3. Norton, firewall & anti-virus is closed, for safety.
4. WIn XP, Office & Access 2003 is installed in my PC.
5. I am not sure if my PC has MDAC or not. So I tried to install MDAC 2.81
but get failure.
Is it meant that I have MDAC already??
