Error message after SP4 install says contact MS Support

The only option I have is to pay to fix something SP4 broke?
I've been getting COM+ Event System Warnings since 6/29 the date I installed
SP4 now the message has changed slightly and its now showing as an Error but
the Event ID is still 4106
This is the Error msg:

This is the preceding Warning of which I have 16 in the Event Viewer
