Ever since I installed the Zone Alarm Internet security, things get a little
screwed up on my computer. I try logging on to a important site, that I need
to get on, it tells me my Java Script is not enabled. I think I have it
enabled......What can I check, just in case. I have the site in my trusted
site, and all the items are enabled, that I also have on......Please I need
your help.......Peter

Have you checked in Zone Alarm for a script blocking option?

Thanks Frank and the other person that answered. Frank, I tried figuring out
by way of the help area, where that script blocking would be, I can't find
it, and it has always frustrated the heck out of me, that Zone Alarm is such
a bear to figure out. I also uninstalled Norton, and have problems because
of that as well. I think all that protection is going really really too far.
I know what your answer will be. Then turn it off, I know I know. I don't
want that either. So, if you know how to turn the script blocking off,
please tell me...I appreciate you a lot......Peter

From ZA, click Privacy, "Main" tab, "Mobile Code Control" and either set it to "Off", or click
the "Custom" button" and uncheck the first three relating to java, Apply, OK

Ask in the Zone Alarm Forums, maybe?

Thanks to all again, I appreciate the help. I did turn off the two item that
unk. mentioned and it still does not allow me to get to my extremely
important site. I also noticed that a Norton anti virus error box comes up a
lot, and it gives me grieves as well. I think this problem may also be
Norton related, because I was unable to un-install it properly. I probably
have to reinstall it and then get the removal tool. Back to my present Zone
Alarm problem. When I had just ZoneAlarm most everything was pretty good.
Since I installed the Internet security suite, it caused me a lot of
problems with log-on. At least I think so. ZoneAlarm kind of got me, with a
renewal notice, and I thought it was my regular ZoneAlarm, and wham, before
I knew it, I renewed something I never had, and it was not nice to be sucked
into a renewal like that. I figured, what the heck, unload Norton and give
it a try. Well here I am with problems........Any further help is
appreciated. I'm a senior, that is not as smart as you readers here, so
please be gentle.......Peter
