error message [0xC80003FB] while trying to log into updates

I receive the above message after i try to access updates.[Error number:
0xC80003FB]
The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are

Hello dannz53,

Try this out, stop automatic update service rename c:\softwaredistribution
to whatever you like, start the automatic update service and connect again
to windowsupdate.com. It will recreate the folder and after it you can delete
the renamed one

Myweb,
I did as you suggested and it took a while to check my system for and
updates but i still received the error message, anything else you or anyone
can think of? Thanks.
