error message 0x800CCC78: unable to send mail

....Please verify the email address in your account properties. The server has
responsded:
Is this a MS problem or do I need to do something. Iam able to recieve emal.
Checked w/my ISP, Comcast, no problem there.
Greatly appreciate any input.
