Error - lost all emails - help needed!!!

I had an email in my inbox which I could not delete as it was giving me errors.

After a while all my folders were giving me errors and now I can't access
any of my emails, receive new emails or send emails.

Can anyone help me as I had some important emails which I really need.

This problem is often caused by interference from your
antivirus program. Windows Mail is not compatible with most
McAfee or Norton security programs. Those will need to be uninstalled.

After uninstalling your non-compatible antivirus, download and
install a more compatible antivirus like the free Avast:

Even compatible antivirus programs will need to have their

If this does not solve all of your WM problems, I recommend that
you upgrade to Windows Live Mail. It will automatically import
your WM accounts, settings, and emails.

Set it up just like you did in Outlook Express.
If you don't remember, your ISP will have a web page with
instructions.

By the way, communication goes much better when you use punctuation.
