ERROR LOADING SHELL32.DLL

I am using Windows XP Proffesional with SP3

I went to Control Panel and attempted to open Add/REmove.

Instead, I got the following error message:

ERROR LOADING

C;\Windows\system\shell32.dll

Could someone suggest a fix for this error message

What firewall are you running? If it's a new or upgrade install, your
firewall may be blocking access to *.cpl files; i.e., Comodo's Defense
Security.

I'm curious if it's related to the recent KB967715. Can you check your
C:\Windows folder for this folder? This update recently updated the
shell32.dll file.
