error loading IE 6.0

Thanks for the help on my last question. I am experiencing
a new problem. I load IE 6.0 - I then get an error report
stating that IE must shut down. I send the error report to
microsoft. I follow the link to microsoft's page, which
says this:

SmartPops Network Essentials was the likely cause of the
error.

This has happened each time. I then restart IE 6.0 and
there's no further problem.

Thing is, I don't have SmartPops Network Essentials on my
PC anywhere. I tried uninstall, I used Find, I manually
searched. Couldn't find it. Any ideas?

THANK YOU!!!

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.
