Error Launching Emulator

I got a new PC and installed Microsoft Visual Studio .Net 2003 and then
installed "Microsoft Pocket PC 2003 SDK.msi" and "Windows Mobile
2003 Second Edition Emulator Images for Pocket PC - WWE.msi"

But every time I try to run a project on the Emulator I get the
following errors.

"One or more files from the Emulator for Windows CE installation is
missing."
"Pleas reinstall Emulator for Windows CE and try again."

And the output of the build has the following error.

"Error: Cannot establish a connection. Be sure the device is
physically connected to the development computer."


I have uninstalled and reinstalled the SDK and still get the errors.


Can someone help me figure this out?

Was there a special order that I needed to install things?

Am I missing an install?



Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Could Microsoft Firewall stop me from connecting to the Emulator?

What port does it use?

What address does it use?
