Error in Setting up third Pop3 e-mail account

When I ran a test for a new e-mail account I set up the "log onto incoming
mail server" was the only one that failed. This is the error message: Log
onto incoming mail server(POP3): could not connect to the incoming POP3 mail
server because your mailbox on the server was in use. My ISP is Comcast and
the new e-mail was set up with the correct settings for the incoming mail and
the outgoing SMTP. I hope someone can help me as I need this 3 e-mail
account. Thank you

"could not connect to the incoming POP3 mail server because your mailbox on
the server was in use"
This means that soemthing is currently already holding an active connection
to your mailbox and the server doesn't support/allow multiple connections to
the same resource at the same time. You should try again later, disconnect
any other session you might be running to that mailbox or contact your ISP
to find out if they can trace that other connection for you and forcefully
close it.

Thank you Robert. I logged onto my account on my ISP's internet site and set
up the third e-mail account. The only rejection was the length of the
password that I chose. I changed that and they accepted it. I went back to
Outlook ans changed the password and voila, it works. Go figure. Thanks
again.
