error in Internet Explorer - Kernel32.dll

I need help solving a problem with my Internet Explorer.
The web browser works fine but when I try to enter my
Yahoo web-email, IE gives me an error message that
says "error in kernell32.dll" and then shuts down.
Literally everything else on the web and everything else
in IE works just fine but I can't get into the web-mail.
Anyone have any idea what's going on here?
