Error in ckpginashim.dll when use of Remote Desktop Connection

Hi.
I am struggling to get contact with my colleague with Remote Desktop
Connection.

We have tried out the following.

1.. Connected to his computer to mine, not able to connect,
2.. Connect from my computer to his.
The following message appears:
"User Interface Failure. You can not initiate Remote Desktop connection
because the Windows logon
software on the remote computer has been replaced by incompatible software
ckpginashim.dll"
Then I tried to another user that has not preformed the latest critical
update.
This time I had no problems to get on that computer. But when I tried the
other way, I received the same error.

How can this problem be sorted out?

Thank you in advance

You are using a third party product (in this case, a CheckPoint
software app) that doesn't truly support Windows XP yet. Check back
with Checkpoint to see if they have a newer version of the software.
