error:denied

when i logoff as administarater,then try to log in to another user account i
get
an "error denied" box .how can i fix this?

Any detail message from that "error denied" box?

Try a test. Log in as administrator then create an ordinary user.
Log in using that newly created user account.
Let's see what will happen.
