Error Code: 80004005

Everytime I try to set up my Hotmail Account on Outlook
Express 6, I always get the message:

Configuration:
Account: Hotmail
Server:
http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp
User name: (e-mail address removed)
Protocol: HTTPMail
Port: 0
Secure(SSL): 0
Code: 80004005

How can I fix this? It happens when I want to
synchronize my hotmail account with outlook express.
