Error code 4

Half-way through loading files for installation, I get
the following message: "Could not load setupdd.sys -
Error Code 4" Any ideas?

Hi Jim,

I found this corresponding Knowledge Base article:

One item we can try to determine if this is bad hardware, is trying to
install an older version of Windows. If it installs correctly, then we can
run the /checkupgrade option in Windows XP, which will tell us what may
prevent XP from installing correctly.
