Error code: 0x80070001

I keep on getting theis error code when i try to install rc1 on a newely
formatted harddrive. I used beta 2 on the computor successfully but now rc1
does not work. when i try to install it i get this error code and also the
message that windows cannot access the required file D:\Sources\Install.wim I
have been able to verefy that the file is on the disc and i also had the
program that i use the verefy the data after it was burned and i also shecked
the sha1 sum on the iso file that i downloaded and everything checked out but
even after doing this 2 times i still get this error.

Ditto here too. I even re-downloaded from the MSDN site, reburned the
DVD--using different media and I still get the same 0x80070001 error code.

I played with the install some more and found if I restarted the laptop and
did not reformat the hard drive, leaving the previous attempted install files
