Error Caused by a Device Driver

Hello all,

I started getting this error message "Error Caused by a Device Driver" a few
weeks back.It's got me puzzled.. I used to get daily then it stopped and now
it's back. I haven't installed any new devices, last thing I TRIED to install
was an Epson printer (C440) but i didn't have cd so I didn't actually
finalize the installation...

I also have this explorer.exe issue going. I tried to fix it but it didn't
work. I still have to manually end the process and run it again for it to let
me access anything.

I need serious help!

I'm running XP pro if that helps..
