Error bars on histograms

Hai All,
I am trying hard to incorporate individual error bars on
each histogram based on their corresponding values. But i
could not succeed in it as the same value is accepted for
all the histograms. Please help me with your suggesstions.

Hi Chandra -

Put the error bar data into a column parallel to the histogram data:

Histo Error
A 15 1.2
B 11 1.3
C 10 0.8
D 9 1.1

If the positive and negative error values are different, use two extra
columns. Select the histogram series in the chart, click on the Y Error
Bars tab, click in the Custom + range edit box, and select the range
with the positive error values. Click in the Custom - range edit box,
and select the range with the negative error values (maybe it's the same
range). Click OK and the chart is drawn with the desired error bars.
