error accessing file

i keep getting this error; never had it before. I reinstalled SP3; am using
SQL backend for the tables. Over the weekend, SQL went down. since then,
I've not been able to go the event procedures, code, etc. whenever i try
deleting/changing code i get the error accessing file, connection may have
been lost.

Any suggestions?

It's likely that your link to SQL has been damaged. Make a backup of your
database, and then gulp hard, delete all your table links, and use File... Get
External Data... Link to connect to the ODBC connection.

It's also possible that the ODBC connection itself is messed up and that
you'll need to recreate it.

I re-registered my library references and that has worked so far. However, I
haven't linked my odbc connection yet. If I can't get it to work, I will
recreate it. Out server went down and had to be rebuilt over the weekend
which housed SQL. I can see the tables/info from Access but will rebuild if
i can't get it fixed. Thank you for your help.
