" Error: Access violation at address 7C9026A2 in module 'ntdll.dll

Upon every start of my Compaq notebook, Spysweeper shows a error report alert
prompting me to either send the report to Webroot or delete the report. I
have done both and the error keeps reappearing on startup. In the report
Spysweeper states " Error: Access violation at address 7C9026A2 in module
'ntdll.dll'. Write of address 004055F2." I have went back and forth with
Webroot about this with no positive results. They finally told me they cannot
help stating it was a Windows problem. I`m running WinXP sp2 Home Edition, IE
6.0. With AVG antivirus, Ad-Aware, Spysweeper 4.5.8, Spywareblaster and
Spybot for all my protection. I am a computer novice and would appreciate any
help to get rid of this alert.
