error 800b0100

Hi, we are installing Winxp pro campus license on a pc with the following
configuration:
-cpu p4 3,6 ghz
- mb intel 915psy
-hdd maxtor 120 sata
-vga ati x700 pciexpress
-ram 1,0 gb kingston

during the installation it give error code:800b0100
Same thing installing another winxp oem with sp2.

Any suggesting?
