error 623 in outlook. How do I solve this

When i send and receive it says:

error 623:system could not find the phone book connection for this entry.

The the progress bar reports:

Task 'Gus Splendor - Sending' reported error (0x8007026F) : 'The system
could not find the phone book entry for this connection.'

This is new. I am running Office 2003 Small Business Edition. What can I do?
