The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by
the server. The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject
'to fars', Account: 'mail.greenpersia.com', Server: 'mail.greenpersia.com',
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 not local host farsstudies.org, not a
gateway', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number:
0x800CCC79

The error message means that the mail server "mail.greenpersia.com" will not
accept or relay a message for (e-mail address removed). You should check with
the isp (help desk) of greenpersia.com to see if you have to perform some
type of action (eg. collect mail first or authenticate to the mail server)
first to see if you can send a message for an e-mail address that isn't part
of their network.
