error 550 Authentication required/Attachments not sending thru Out

Can some one walk me through how to get rid of this annoying error so I can
continue to send email messages through out look.

What is the solution and or work around to get your attachments to send with
an email through Windows XP - Outlook 2007. I have to go out to my earthlink
and send attachments that way. Help....

Your ISP or mail provider should have full instructions on their web site.
