"error-389 a valid dll was not found"

Hi;

For the past few days whenever I boot up I get the following message:
"error-389 a valid dll was not found".

My computer seems to be running OK but this is troubling me. I would like to
know what it means & how to correct it.

My computer is running Windows XP Home SP2 with all the updates.

My hardware is a generic PC with an Intel 2.0 GHZ CPU, 1½ mgs of ram & an 80
GB HD that's half full.
