Error 195 on Startup

I am running XP Home.

Upon startup this morning, I got a few beeps and an onscreen message
appeared without loading Windows. It said, "Error 195 Security Hardware
Tamper Detected, press F1"

So I pressed F1 and it opened my BIOS. I went in to Config and Security and
was able to clear the error and able to get up and running, but I wonder what
this error means.

Has nothing to do with Windows, ask IBM.
