Error 1608 Help!!

I have Windows XP Professional on all of my computers. I
also have MS Office 2003 Small Business Edition on all
computers. Additionally, I have Frontpage 2000 on my
computer. However, when I attempt install of Frontpage
2003, I keep getting the error stating it could not find
MS Office 97, 2k or XP. What now?
