Error 1606

I have Windows XP Professional. Gateway preloaded
Microsoft Money 2002 onto my computer. I don't use this
program. While downloading something else this week, it
required me to install the Microsoft Money CD. Since
then, an Error Code 1606 (Network Connection) keeps
popping up when I reboot my computer and when I try to
get on the internet. I tried to uninstall the Microsoft
Money System Pack from my computer, but it won't let me
do it. The Error Code 1606 comes up and says there was a
fatal error in installation.

How do I get rid of this error code and uninstall this
program. Thank You.

Run the edit on line 66 left side and reboot.
