error 1606: could not access network location

I get a error message when i try and install Quicktime downloaded from
www.apple.com.

error 1606: could not access network location %USERNAME%\Start
Menu\Programs\Startup.


I think my Microsoft Antispyware might be involved. I have tried:

- Deactivating Microsoft Antispyware

In my eventlog (under Realtime protection>View all events) i have a event
that says that I have decided to prevent a change to the user's defined shell
folders from startup to %USERPROFILE%\Start Menu\Programs\...

This might be the issue: how do I work around this?
