error 1402

during installtion i keep getting this error 1402 telling me could not open
key,UNKNOWN\MSCOMDLG.COMMONDIALOG.1\CLSID, VERIFY THAT YOU HAVE SUFFICIENT
ACCESS TO THAT KEY!!! thats what it keeps telling me, any help will be
greatly appreciated!!!

Are you installing it under Windows 9x/ME, operatings systems *not* supported
by MSAS?
