error 0x80090006 win xp

I make a clone of my hdd with ghost 2003 to a new identical HDD.
When I start from the clone, after logon I receive a message:A problem is preventing windows from accurately checking the license for
this computer. ERROR 0x80090006

I find an article on Msdn april 2004 (821401) but now it was removed. The
article says that this happen because the new hdd has a different hardware
id, and the solution is to reinstall!!!!
Do you have any other suggestion?
Thank you
Alessandro

thank you,
I 've solved in this way:
delete all partrition and reset mbr with gdisk.exe gost utility
recreate all partition manually
copy each partition with ghost, usyng 'partition to parition' function
instead of 'disk to disk'
Now it works fine.
Is seems then is not as microsoft tell ( a problem of hardaware id that does
not match the hash of the old disk), but probaly an incorrect partition
letter!!!

Bye
