Error # 0x8007043b

I downloaded Windows Defender and it installed great and uninstalled
antispyware correctly. When it started and tryed to update I received the
following message:
"Windows Defender was unable to complete the update: 0x8007043b. The
executable program that this service is configured to run in does not
implement the service."
