error 0x50 onsetup of windows xp pro

I have a homebuilt computer I am trying to install windows xp pro. At f6
promt I have installed the drivers for the the hard drive and the motherboard
but I stll get the same error code : stop
0x00000050(0xB3D64A70,0x00000000,0xF77BDF3E,0X00000000).....Any suggestions
as to how to fix this?
