Oi Pessoal

O Windows Mail de meu computador travou a caixa de saída de mensagens não
sendo possível deletar a mensagem que ficou presa lá.

Procurei por várias informações nos tópicos de ajuda mas não encontrei nada.

Não estou conseiguindo enviar mensagens, mas apenas recebê-las.

Alguem saba como resolver esse "pepino"?

Such problems are often due to interference from an antivirus program.
What if any antivirus programs are on that machine, and has it ever had
a Norton or McAfee antivirus program, even one of the free trial versions
that often come already installed on new computers?

For a temporary fix, download and install this hotfix, with Windows Mail
not running:

If you don't want to translate its description, click on the triangle near
Article Translations near the top right corner, then the language you
want, then the arrow to the right of the triangle. Then you can adjust
the hotfix site to whatever web site now appears. Although it's
labelled as for mail stuck in the Outbox, it also works in other folders.
If you don't know whether you have a 32-bit version of Vista or a
64-bit version, try the hotfix for the 32-bit version first. The Vista
SP1 update includes this hotfix and more, but takes longer to install.

The hotfix or update may or may not delete the troublesome messages
but should at least make it possible for you to delete them.

Heh, the big problem is the computer jargon. I can reserve a hotel room
over the phone, but this stuff...

Pois Luiz, tais problemas podem ser resultado dum programa anti-vírus. Si
voce tem tenido por casualidade algum programa anti-vírus como McAfee ou
Norton, isto pode ter causado o problema. Para concertarlo, instalar este
"hot fix".

Terá algum terão na página para cambiar a lingua de ayuda. Será um
triângulo o que diz "Article Translations" em inglês.
