ERR3:7075 Failed to change domain affiliation

I have this error migrating computer accounts form win2k
to win2k using ADMT 2.0.

The exact error is:
ERR3:7075 Failed to change domain affiliation, hr=800706fb
The security database on the server does not have a
computer account for this workstation trust relationship.

Any help will be appreciated.
