erase this cd-rw

i accidentally clicked on "erase this cd-rw" instead of "write these files onto cd." the whole cd got swiped clean. does anyone have good solutions on how to retrieve my 3MB of files? they contained sensitive data..

no...but be a lot more careful in the future....where did you copy these
files from...re-copy the originals...

If it just did a quick erase rather than a complete one, it *may* be
that one of the (expensive) data recovery services, like OnTrack, could
recover the data
