equation field codes for limts

hi, how to write field codes for limts
I found for integral we can use EQ \i (1,2,3 )
and to get a character instead of integral we can use EQ \i \vc\l (x->a,,
f(x))
but I am getting only "l" , but I need "lmt" instead of "l", any idea of
how to get more then one character here

I don't think you will be able to do that with the vc\ option, but maybe you
could start with something more like

EQ \a\co2(\a( ,lmt,x->a),f(x))

? Otherwise, you'll probably need to use the full equation editor (although
off the top of my head I don't know whether that would do it either)

Thank you, equation given by you works fine.
