Epson C60 Driver Install Issue

When I try to install the Epson c60 driver I keep getting the following message
C:\windows\system32\autoexec.NT. The system file is not suitable for running
MS-DOS and Microsoft windows applications. Choose close to terminate the
application.
I am running XP pro SP11
Can any one help?
