eOpen login not working/vol. license WinXP reinstallation

Hi,

I have some questions:

1. We have Open licenses that are still not reached their end of maintenance
date. I last logged into https://eopen.microsoft.com in June 2004 (I have the
licenses printed out from that date). Now I cannot login into that site.
Another msdn site informs me there are no subscriptions associated with my
Passport. What ? Is there a procedure to fix this ? Is there a inactivity
timeout for eopen ? [If this is not an appropriate forum for this question,
please let me know which forum to use]

2. A PC on which a volume license of Window XP was installed, has gone dead.
If we choose to re-install on another PC, does that count as another use of
the license, or can we return the first license and reactivate it on the
second PC ?
