Envelopes

I've just tried printing an envelope with a 9 line address. The full
address shows up in the Envelopes and Labels window but only the first 7
lines print on the envelope. I've tried adjusting the "From Top"
setting for the Delivery Address but still only the first 7 lines print.

Anyone know why?

The address is constrained by a fixed height frame attached to the Envelope
Address paragraph style - see

it. There's another envelope item linked from that page and an envelope
template package for download that demonstrates some of the techniques used.
