envelope will not print correctly

Problem printing envelope continues. When printing an envelope using the
envelope label box if I omit the return address the to:address prints then
re-print the return address. I have created an envelope and clicked on add
to document and find that a piece of an address appears on a second page with
the to: address. If I delete that piece of address the envelope sets up
correctly. The piece in question appears to be part of a reurn address that
has been used in the past. Hope someone can figure this out

Rename normal.dot to oldnormal.dot.
Clear any orphan temporary files -

Check the envelope address and envelope return styles in any document
template you are using to create envelopes.
