Enterprise Admin account

I have a good one for any "MCSE Brain or just simply and
expert"....

Here's the situation.

I have a forest with 2 domains under it. DomainA is the
forest root, it is the primary dns server too.

Domain B in within the forest - secondary DNS server.
Domain C is also with the forest - secondary DNS server.

I'm migrating from an NT domain with Linux DNS or name
servers.

I have everything set and no problems. I even have the
ADC connectory set up for Exchange migration... Not for
the problem.

It seems the Enterprise Admin account or simply put the
administrator is not "carrying over" to Domain A. It is
set up properly. I have the global groups in local and
you can see everything in AD users and computers.

However I can only run exchange with the runas command.
Does anyone know how I can get the Enterprise Admin or the
administrator account recognized in Domain A. I've done
this before in a test environment with no problem. Now
it's for real and I'm totally stumped.

Please any suggestions???

Is Domain A in native mode?
