Enter Parameter Value for Format

Confused

I have built an Access 2k database that is shared across
a network. I have several reports which work fine on
some machines and not on others. For the machines the
reports do not work on, I got the following error/prompt
when I try to print a report "Enter Parameter Value"
either for a field called "Format" or "Date". I can't
figure out what is going on. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance..I'm stumped...
